CS-Cart Auto order status update

This feature allows you to automatically update the order status. It can save store owners time and effort by reducing the need to manually update orders.

Note: The order status will be marked as completed only when the package is delivered.

Instructions to follow:

• Login to CS-Cart Admin Panel.

• Go to the TrackFree panel and select Settings menu.

  
  

• Under the Advanced settings and tick enable auto order status update option.

  
  

• Enter the Admin User Email and API Key. (Follow URL for API instructions)

  
  

• Select your preferred Delivery status updates (for each order status level) and Notification options.

  
  

  Note: Notification options allow you to choose who receives notification updates, whether it's the customer, order department, or vendor.

  
  

• Save the changes.
